A day after the Regina Pats acquired defenceman Tanner Brown from Red Deer, they made another move to their blue line on Wednesday.

The Pats traded Adam McNutt to the Swift Current Broncos. In return, Regina will receive 2023 fifth round pick.

McNutt was acquired by the Pats from Prince Albert in October of 2021. In 47 games last season between the Pats and Raiders, the defenceman had six points (2G-4A).

The Saskatoon product has played 77 games over three seasons in the WHL.
