As snow plows continue to clear city streets, and people clear walks and driveways from the latest gift of snow from mother nature, the weather will turn pretty chilly for a couple of days.
Call it a “winter sneak preview”.
Lows on Wednesday and Thursday night will be below -20, so you may want to make sure you know where your extension cord is for your block heater.
Daytime highs will be cold too, just -18.
Friday, Remembrance Day is going to be -18 for the high, and -19 at night. Then things should moderate over the weekend, but we will still be below seasonal averages for this time of year.
The average according to Environment and Climate Change Canada +1 for a high, -10 for a low.
