Matthew Savoie scored a hat trick for the Winnipeg ICE, as they defeated the Regina Pats 9-5 on Thursday night.
The game was tied 4-4 after 40 minutes, but Winnipeg would go on to outscore the Pats in the final period 4-1.
Connor Bedard opened up the game with another highlight reel goal ten seconds into the game.

Bedard’s point streak has now reached 20 games, he ended his night adding a pair of assists.
Rounding out the scoring for Regina was Braxton Whitehead, Stanislav Svozil, Layton Feist, and Tanner Howe.
Matthew Kieper took the loss as he made 32 saves.
The ICE outshot the Pats 41-26, with Regina going 2/5 on the extra man advantage.
On Saturday, the Pats and the ICE will meet for their second straight encounter in Winnipeg.
