Riders add three players

The Saskatchewan Roughriders continue to stockpile their roster for the 2023 season as they have added three players to the squad on Tuesday.

Receiver Keith Corbin III, defensive lineman Jerry Garner Jr. and defensive back Devin Jones agreed to terms with Saskatchewan.

Corbin III attended rookie camp with the Buffalo Bills earlier this year.  He spent one season collegiately at Jackson State in where he collected 69 receptions for 921 yards and seven touchdowns, he also played five seasons with the University of Houston Cougars (2016-20).

Garner played five seasons at Mississippi Valley State University. He had 163 tackles, 39.5 sacks, in 46 games over five seasons (2016-20).

Jones rejoins the green and white after spending the end of the season with the Riders on the practice roster. Earlier this year he attended the Carolina Panthers rookie camp and spent time with the team during the preseason.
