The province has released its latest Community Respiratory Illness Surveillance Program (CRISP) for November 6 to 19.
In that time, there were more influenza cases compared to COVID-19 cases.
However, more people were hospitalized and admitted to the ICU due to COVID over influenza.
The number of people up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccine remained the same at 46 per cent, while it increased for the flu shot, with 19 per cent of the population receiving a shot, compared to 14 per cent two weeks ago.
