RCMP have reported a deadly crash just outside of Rosetown left two people dead – after a truck and car collided.
Officers from the Rosetown RCMP detachment responded to a crash east of the community on Highway 7 around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, the RCMP said in a media release.
Last night police confirmed that two people were killed in the crash.
A 78-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman, both from Calgary. Their families have been notified.
The crash left sections of Highway #7 closed for approximately seven hours.
