Saskatchewan feeder steer prices were mixed during the past week.

Jayce Fossen with the livestock development branch, ministry of Agriculture, says steers ranged from 314 dollars per hundredweight for the 300 to 400 pound category to 227 dollars 88 cents for the 800 to 900 pound category.

He says prices for feeder heifers were also mixed.

Prices for feeder heifers ranged from 237 dollars 88 cents per hundredweight for 300 to 400 pounds to 201 dollars 50 cents for the over 800 pound category.
