The Saskatchewan Roughriders, along with the other eight teams in the CFL announced ten players from their winter negotiation list today.

Three quarterbacks appear on Saskatchewan’s list, Mississippi State’s Will Rogers, Michigan State’s Payton Thorne, and Michael Hiers from Samford.

Rogers has been the Bulldogs starting quarterback the last two seasons and broke the Southeastern Conference’s career completions record earlier this year.

There are also three offensive lineman that appear on the Roughriders list. Parker Ferguson from Air Force, Sadarius Hutcherson of South Carolina and Clemson’s Mitch Hyatt.

Rounding the Saskatchewan negotiation list are defensive ends Christian Albright from Ball State and Auburn’s Jeff Holland, defensive end Julian Taylor  and defensive back, Luther Kirk.

Taylor was a seventh round draft pick of the San Francisco 49ers in 2018 and spent time on their roster the following two seasons.
