The busy offseason for Saskatchewan Roughriders receiver Kian Schaffer-Baker continued as he recently worked out with the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings according to 3 Down Nation.

So far this offseason, Schaffer-Baker had reportedly worked out with Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Tampa Bay and Las Vegas.

This past year in his second campaign with Saskatchewan, the 24 year old had 68 receptions for 960 yards along with five touchdowns.

Schaffer-Baker’s CFL rights for the 2023 season belong to the Roughriders but the receiver is allowed to explore NFL options this winter, he will become an unrestricted free agent in the CFL following the upcoming season.

There was another familiar name in the CFL who worked out with the Vikings, BC Lions QB Nathan Rourke continued his offseason tour in Minnesota.
