CRISP Update shows COVID-19 still prevalent in Saskatchewan

The province released it’s Community Respiratory Illness report yesterday.

For the period between December 4th and 17th 803 new cases of COVID 19 were reported.

Additionally 668 cases of Influenza were reported, with 232 RSV cases being found.

On average for the 2 week period 13.6% of students were absent from school due to illness.

The majority of hospital visits for respiratory issues continue to be lead by COVID-19, followed by influenza and RSV.
