Pats Drop Another at Home

After an overtime win on the road against the same Prince Albert Raiders on Friday, the Regina Pats couldn’t find their game as they fell behind 3-0 at home before losing 5-2 to the visiting Raiders New Year’s Day.

Ryder Ritchie led the way for the Raiders with a pair of goals. Niall Crocker, Hayden Pakkala,  and Carter Anderson also tallied for the Raiders who got their revenge on the hometown Pats after dropping a 4-3 contest in overtime on Friday night.

Tikhon Chaika made 20 saves on 22 shots for the Raiders.

Braxton Whitehead and Sam Oremba replied for the Pats.

The Pats travel to Brandon to face the Wheat Kings on Wednesday, January 4th at 7:00 P.M. at Westoba Place.

The Queen City Kids’ next home action is on Friday, January 8th against the visiting Seattle Thunderbirds with a 7:00 P.M. face-off at the Brandt Centre.
