The Regina-based Brandt Group of Companies is expanding on the world stage.

Brandt has acquired AGrowQuip NZ Limited, delivering products and service to the North Island in New Zealand.

CEO Shaun Semple says Brandt will build a comprehensive dealer infrastructure to support agriculture, construction and forestry.

With the acquisition, Brandt owns and operates 138 dealerships across New Zealand, Australia and Canada.

The company also serves rail, mining, steel, transportation and energy industries.

Brandt has 6 thousand employees at more than 180 locations in Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the U.S.
