The contract can’t become official until Tuesday.
Moore spent four seasons with Saskatchewan. His best season was in 2019 with 78 receptions, 996 receiving yards and six touchdowns.
Last season the receiver returned to the Roughriders lineup on August 26 after he recovered an injury he suffered in October of 2021. He was limited to seven games, 36 catches, 295 receiving yards and no touchdowns.
Free agency begins on February 14.
