The RCMP are investigating a break in, and sudden death.

Just after four this morning, police were called to a home about 20 kilometres south of Esterhazy.  According to police, three people broke into the house.

When they arrived they found an man dead, and a woman injured.  She was taken to hospital for treatment, but police haven’t said how she was injured, or how severe those injuries are.

Police say some things were taken from the home including a gun, and a car.  That same vehicle was found on fire on a nearby grid road.

Police have little in the way of descriptions of the potential suspects, but they are asking the public to be vigilant, and report any suspicious activity to 9-1-1.
