The Saskatchewan Roughriders got a jump start on free agency with the signing of Offensive Lineman Eric Lofton.

Last season, Lofton was with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and started in one game. Before joining the Blue Bombers, the offensive lineman spent two seasons with Edmonton. He was with the Ottawa REDBLACKS for a pair of seasons (2017,2018).

The 29-year old played five seasons with Temple University (2011-15)

He appeared in 37 games and showed off his versatility, making starts at right tackle, right guard and left guard.
