Vehicle traffic will be restricted in the REAL District tomorrow for the final weekend of the Frost Festival

As we come up on the final weekend of the 2023 Frost Festival, the REAL District is reminding residents that the area is expected to be extremely busy this Saturday, February 11, with pedestrian traffic during the final events this weekend.

The REAL District will be having its usual events at the Viterra International Trade Centre, Confederation Park, and the surrounding area.

There will be a massive fireworks display in Confederation Park at 10 p.m.

Also, the Regina Pats’ only home game this weekend is Saturday night in the Brandt Centre, puck drop is at 7 p.m. Tickets to the Pats game also equal a ticket for Frost.

The Cougars Womens Hockey Game is at 3 p.m. in the Co-operators Centre.

Soccer Programming is happening all day at the AffinityPLex.

There’s also a Hockey Regina U13A Hockey Tournament at the Co-operators Centre.

Plus there’s a Sledge Hockey Tournament at the Co-operators Centre as well.

Access to the REAL District will be restricted for through vehicle traffic.

There will be free parking available on-site but with limited spots. Premium priority exit parking is available directly in front of the Vitterra International trade Centre for $10 a vehicle.

There’s a free Frost shuttle available from 12 p.m. from the other hubs (the Warehouse District, Wascana, and the downtown core), you can find more details here.
