Pats hire Brennan McConaghy as interim Athletic Therapist

 

The Regina Pats have named Brennan McConaghy has their interim Athletic Therapist.

The 29-year-old has plenty of experience in various athletic therapist roles including stints with the Edmonton Elks of the CFL, Sudbury Wolves of the OHL, and the Edmonton Oil Kings.

McConaghy was previously a Varsity Athletic Therapist at St. Thomas University, as well as a Student Athletic Therapist at Durham College, where he worked with their men’s soccer and men’s volleyball programs. While working at Durham College, McConaghy attended post-secondary school at Sheridan College in Brampton, Ont.

The Fredericton product replaces Greg Mayer who joined the Saskatchewan Roughriders this week after spending the last 19 years with the Pats.
