The Saskatchewan Roughriders have added a veteran presence to their receiving unit with the signing of Derel Walker.
In his seven-year career, Walker has won two Grey Cup championships, two CFL all-star awards, four divisional All-Star awards, and the league’s Most Outstanding Rookie Award in 2015.
The 31-year-old has spent six seasons with Edmonton, collecting 6,653 yards on 471 receptions including 2,057 yards after catch and 33 touchdowns during that time. His best season was in 2015 with 109 receptions, 1589 yards and ten touchdowns.
Walker spent the 2019 season with the Toronto Argonauts where he picked up 1,040 yards and six touchdowns on 65 receptions and was named an East Division All-Star.
