The Regina Rebels suffered their first loss at the Esso Cup in Prince Albert as they were defeated by the Stoney Creek Sabres 4-1 on Monday.

Stryker Zablocki had the lone goal for the Rebels in the loss.

Regina’s record is now 1-1.

On Tuesday, the Rebels will be in action against the Fraser Valley Rush in an afternoon contest at the Art Hauser Centre.
