Regina woman facing multiple theft charges after investigation

A 51-year-old Regina woman is facing multiple charges of theft and possession of stolen property.

After complaints over the course of weeks, investigators with the Regina Police Service determined several fraudulent transactions with seniors who had dealt with her.

Two were in a seniors complex where the accused worked as a cleaner, and the other was when the victim was working as a care aide in the suspect’s home.

Patricia Baziniak of Regina faces two charges of theft over $5,000, 4 charges of theft of a credit card, among other charges.

Baziniak will make her first court appearance on the charges May 29th.
