In response to a garage fire on the 2600 Block of Garnet St., emergency crews sprang into action shortly before 2:30 this morning.

Crews were able to bring the blaze under control quickly.

Regrettably, the fire  inflicted substantial damage upon the adjacent garages. Thankfully, there were no injuries reported.

A thorough investigation into the fire’s origin will be undertaken by the authorities to shed light on the incident.
