Firefighters were called to a duplex fire on the 900 block of Montague Street in Regina during the early hours of this morning.

According to authorities, one side of the complex was unoccupied, while two individuals safely evacuated from the other side without any injuries.

The fire was successfully contained by the responding crews. An investigation will now be conducted to determine the cause of the incident.
