RCMP in Prince Albert were called out to the Muskoday First Nation early Saturday morning for a report of an injured person.

Police soon discovered there was a fight between two people outside a home on that first nation, and there were injuries. 27 year old Wade Dreaver of the Muskoday First Nation was declared dead at the scene.

24 year old Chance Smith, also from the Muskoday First Nation, was arrested and charged with second degree murder. He will make his first court appearance on Monday, in Prince Albert.
