Police have made an arrest, after a fatal hit and run that killed a one year old on the George Gordon First Nation, Thursday.

Police have been looking for a black truck since the incident, and identified the driver as 33 year old Marvin Poorman from the  Kawacatoose First Nation.

Police arrested Poorman in Cold Lake Alberta last night and he is expected to be brought back to Saskatchewan to face charges of one count of failing to stop after an accident resulting in death and one count of operating a vehicle while prohibited.

Its not known how quickly Poorman will be brought back to Saskatchewan.
