The Regina Pats will begin their home schedule with a chance of redemption when they host the Saskatoon Blades. On Saturday, September 23, the Pats will welcome the Blades in Regina’s home opener of the 2023-24 season at the Brandt Centre.
Saskatoon eliminated the Pats in seven games in the first round of the 2023 Western Hockey League (WHL) Playoffs this past April. This will mark the first time the Pats will host the Blades in their home opener since the 2006-07 WHL season.
To begin the 2023-24 WHL Regular Season, Regina will travel to Brandon to meet the Wheat Kings on Friday, September 22.
Earlier in the day, the Pats also announced their preseason schedule.
