A missing Kayaker has been found dead.

Police received a call over the weekend about a kayaker missing, after his kayak overturned and he didn’t re-emerge at Sand Point Beach on Buffalo Pound Lake.

Sadly the man has been discovered dead in the water and not far from where he was last seen.

The Kayaker has been identified as a 25 year old Moose Jaw man.

His family has been notified.
