The Saskatchewan Roughriders will be without Quarterback Trevor Harris for an extended period of time. Harris was injured during the 4th quarter of last night’s 33-31 loss to the Calgary Stampeders.
On Sunday, the Roughriders provided an injury update on Harris.
It was confirmed Harris suffered a tibial plateau fracture of his right knee and will undergo surgery in Regina.
The team hasn’t ruled out Harris returning this season, but will move ahead with Mason Fine as the team’s starting quarterback.
Next action for the Roughriders is Saturday when they visit the BC Lions in Vancouver.
