What a memorable night last night with Shannon & John Knibbs just a little east of Weyburn. We made new friends and ate good with Nicky’s Café & Catering. Kevin Shultz brought his talent to entertain everyone and we all enjoyed the atmosphere. I think I can frame it the best, by saying we felt very content being at the Knibbs homestead. If your driving east of Weyburn (# 13) on the Red Coat Trail, watch for the Knibbs entry way as they put a massive amount of work into it with flags and signage and love.
