The Regina Pats have inked three players to Western Hockey League Scholarship and Development Agreements.
2006-born forward Dru Mushumanski and 2008-born defencemen Fenton Mann and Jett Deschamps have agreed to terms with the Pats.
Mushumanski led the Parkland Rangers goals (19) assists (26) and points (45) through 40 contests in 2022-23. The Rossborn, Man. product also played a pair of games with the MJHL’s Waywayseecappo Wolverines.
Mann spent last season Winnipeg Wild U15 AAA and collected 31 points (8G-23A) in 33 games. The Winnipeg product was selected in the 7th round by the Pats in the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft.
Deschamps picked up 24 points (4G-20A) in 30 games in 2022-23 with the Rink Hockey Academy in Winnipeg U15 Prep program. Deschamps was selected by the Pats in the 5th round of the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft.
Tonight, after a week of in-house competition, the Pats will square off against a Western Hockey League opponent in the Brandon Wheat Kings.
The two teams will meet at the Brandt Centre tonight before a Saturday night rematch in Brandon.
