Police Searching for Three Suspects After Assault

Broadview RCMP are trying to find three people after an assault on the Kahkewistahaw First Nation.

According to police, they were alerted to an assault on the first nation, 10 kilometres north of Broadview, just after 11 o’clock Friday night. When police arrived they were told three people forced their way into the home, and assaulted a man and a woman.

The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries, while the woman had minor injuries. The three suspects took off in a vehicle.

As a result of the investigation, police have laid charges against three people:

20-year-old Braydane Crowe from Kahkewistahaw First Nation, and 24 year old Sage Grey from Regina are charged with aggravated assault, break and enter, and weapons charges.

A young female from Kahkewistahaw First Nation has been charged with assault causing bodily harm, and break and enter.

Her name and description can not be published because of her age.

Police say Crowe is six feet tall, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Grey is described as five feet seven inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, and a bear paw tattoo on his right wrist.
