Carson Haynes, a 20-year-old defenceman who the Pats claimed off waivers from the Vancouver Giants, is now 3-0 as a member of the ‘Regiment’.
“It was hectic there for a couple of days,” said Haynes after Saturday’s game.
“I kind of settled in, got to know the guys, the staff, everyone is amazing here and are treating me well.”
The fans in the Queen City have been treated to some winning hockey thus far in the fall of 2023.
Regina Pats have a 6-3-1-0 record, with a date in Moose Jaw on the horizon set for Tuesday.
