A section of Saskatchewan Drive between Angus and Robinson was closed for a couple of hours last night, as the Regina Police Service investigated a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle.

This happened just after 7 last night. Police say the pedestrian was taken to hospital in stable condition, but with serious injuries.

Police have not revealed many details about what happened, but they are asking witnesses to come forward.
