A 37-year-old man from Regina has died after a crash yesterday on Highway 39 near Macoun.

At about 3 p.m. Wednesday, a truck and a van travelling on 39 collided, and then a semi blocked the highway completely to avod the collision.

The 37-year-old man was driving the van.

The five occupants of the truck, four adults and a youth, reported no injuries to police and the driver of the semi reported no injuries.

The highway has since re-opened. Estevan RCMP, an RCMP collision reconstructionist and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service are investigating.
