Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for parts of southeast Saskatchewan. Estevan, Weyburn, Carlyle, Stoughton, Carnduff, Oxbow, Kipling, Windthorst, and Whitewood regions are all in the affected area.

According to Environment Canada, rain is expected to start this morning and should clear off before noon. This means highways, streets, and sidewalks could become very slick. Drive with caution.
