It was a hectic morning for Regina’s fire crews as they responded to a detached garage fire on the 2000 Block of Atkinson Street.

Regina Fire successfully extinguished the flames just before 6:00 am. No injuries were reported in the blaze.

On Saturday night Crews responded to another fire on the 2100 block of Reynolds St. at close to 7:15 pm.

The small fire was contained to the home’s front room.

Thankfully, all three adult occupants safely evacuated. The cause of that incident is also under investigation.

Crews are now set to investigate the cause of both fires.
