Former Regina Pats Captain Connor Bedard continues to make history in his rookie season in the National Hockey League (NHL).
The Chicago Blackhawk forward became the youngest player ever selected to the NHL All-Star Game on Thursday.
Bedard leads all rookies in scoring with 33 points (15G-18A).
Each team had a player selected to the All-Star Game with the remaining 12 players to be selected via fan vote on January 11.
Another fan vote will then be used to select four skaters to take part in the skills competition.
All-Star Weekend runs February 1-3 in Toronto, the skills competition will be on Saturday, Feb.2 and the game itself is slated for Feb.3
