Pats Howe and Vaughan brothers appear in NHL Central Scouting’s Mid-Season Rankings

Three members of the Regina Pats were on the list of the NHL Central Scouting Mid-Season Rankings of the top North American skaters and goalies, along with the top International skaters and goalies.

Captain Tanner Howe was ranked 29th among North American skaters with Corbin Vaughan listed at 146th and Jaxsin Vaughan was in the 148th spot in the rankings.

This season, Howe has 47 points (21G-26A) in 39 games. The 18-year-old leads the Pats in goals, assists, points, power play goals (8), power play assists (10). Recently the Prince Albert product surpassed 200 career points in the Western Hockey League (WHL).

Both Vaughan brothers are in their second season with the Pats. Corbin has six points (3G-3A) in 22 games this season, while Jaxsin has 16 points (9G-7A) in 38 games.

Pats import prospect Stian Solberg also appeared on the list. He’s ranked #26 among international skaters. The 6-foot-2, 196 lb. left-shot defenceman who is currently playing for Vålerenga in Norway’s top pro league (3G-7A-10PTS-27GP). He also had two points (1G-1A) at the 2024 World Juniors with Team Norway.
