Everyone hates moving, its like “herding cats.”
For the Regina Humane Society its herding cats and dogs, and other animals in its care, as it gets set to move to its new location on Parliament In Harbour Landing.
The Humane Society has been based at a facility on Armour Road for the last 60 years, a facility that has long passed its prime.
The Humane Society is asking people to stay away from the Armour Road location next week as they begin the move, with an eye on opening in the new location on Monday February 5th.
The Humane Society says it will address priority animal welfare, public health, and safety calls during the transition.
