Several of Regina’s outdoor rinks will be closed due to the unseasonably warm weather. 

Those rinks that are closed are Elsie Mironuck, Eastview, Glen Elm, Judge Bryant, University Park, WF Ready, Horizon Station, Stan Oxelgren and the Speed Skating oval. 

Residents are urged to stay off these ice surfaces, especially the boarded rinks. 

The other outdoor rinks are open, as are the indoor rinks. 

City crews will re-assess these newly closed rinks on Monday to see if they can be re-opened for the remainder of the winter season.
