A 38-year-old Regina physiotherapist has been charged with sexual assault.

On January 31, the Regina Police Service received a report that a woman had been sexually assaulted by her physiotherapist.

Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of 38-year-old Dipan Nareshbhai Chauhan, who was charged with one count of sexual assault.

He was released on conditions and is scheduled for his first court appearance in Regina Provincial Court on March 13.
