CN and CPKC Rail supplied a combined 68% of hopper cars ordered in grain week 27, a decline from the 77% order fulfillment performance seen in week 26. 

The decline in system performance reflects a deterioration in performance for each of CN and CPKC. 

In supplying 60% of cars ordered by shippers in week 27 CN saw performance regress somewhat from the small rebound in performance seen in week 26. 

CN performance remains below the 90% performance threshold for the fifth consecutive week and below the 80% performance threshold for a 3rd straight week. 

CPKC performance also declined although to a lesser degree than we saw for CN with the railway supplying 74% of shipper orders in week 27. 

CPKC performance remains below the 80% threshold for the third consecutive week.
