An Accident on Wednesday afternoon om Highway 9 has claimed a life.

The man was identified as Todd Brooks from Melville.

Todd was a beloved member in the community and was serving on his second term on city council after he was first elected in 2016.

He is survived by his wife Brenda and their two children.
