Regina residents and stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the Expanding Citywide Housing Options project.
With many outdated Neighbourhood Plans, the city seeks to improve housing diversity. Recent changes to the Zoning Bylaw and Official Community Plan, linked to the federal Housing Accelerator Fund, will boost housing density near transit routes.
Feedback is welcomed until August 23, 2024, at Regina.ca/housingoptions. The input will help shape recommendations for the Regina Planning Commission and City Council in September 2024.
