Main Stage and Garden Stage mean you’ll be groovin’ all weekend long at the annual Gateway Music Festival at the Bengough Regional Campground, in Bengough, Saskatchewan. The camping is open now and what a wonderful community to chill with. There are communities close at hand to visit and of course, the Saskatchewan Badlands are right to explore. The Town of Bengough gets behind this event with a Saturday car show taking up Main Street, Bengough Drugs is a must stop with their unique clothing and other necessities for the weekend. Need money? No problem there are ATM’s in town. A must stop is the Bengough Thrift Shop! Need a Pool to splash in? Main Street has that! And while you are bobbing in the water enjoy music on the Pool Stage! Now, I might be misinformed about some of the downtown activities, but in other years the show & shine, shopping the town and just enjoying the area have been wildly popular.

Main Stage in 2024 features Emerson Drive, Wide Mouth Mason on Friday with Big Sugar, The Pursuit of Happiness the late shows on Saturday. The amount of Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta entertainment is amazing. You’ll discover new favourites and relive the music of artists you’ve followed for years. Nothing beats great music under the prairie skies.

I cannot say enough good things about the Gateway Music Festival. Friendly organizers, fun vendors with surprises in store for the shopper. A community that gets behind the event and of course Castle Butte as a side trip. The friendly demeanor of this festival is well documented!

You may think you know what you’ll get with your favourite artist or band, but remember they like to mix things up as well! Brayden King, Lachlan Neville, Karissa Hoffart and the Badland Country Band make for a great Friday night of dancing music! Crack out the boots and cowboy hats!
