After several weeks of no air conditioning in the CKRM control room, it has finally returned! Earlier in July the compressor quite working which resulted in A LOT of fans being brought in. Of course, a murphy’s law dictates, the a/c just had to quit working during the hottest weeks of the summer. The compressor couldn’t break down when it was 22-25 degrees outside – no, it had to wait until it hit 35 degrees outside!
We’re thankful it’s back working after working in a hot, stuffy studio and we’re eternally grateful to the technicians who saved the day. It’s a relief knowing the chocolate in our hidden box of breakfast chocolate chip cookies won’t melt any further. Ooops….I shouldn’t have said we have a secret box of cookies.
But now Gloria is a bit to chilly….
