(Video/Audio) Prairie pride on full display at Friday’s Roughriders game

Friday night at Mosaic Stadium will see the Saskatchewan Roughriders host the league leading Montreal Alouettes in what should be an exciting clash starting at 7pm.

Good Morning Saskatchewan caught up with Seth Strankman, Manager of Game Entertainment and Events with the Saskatchewan Roughriders to talk about what’s planned for game day. The Coors Light party in the park will start at 4pm and will include a petting zoo and music from a Saskatchewan recording artist.

“We’ve got Adam Johnson performing out there,” Strankman said. “He’s actually graciously timed out his release of his new single to be on Friday, and it’ll be the first time he performs it in front of a live crowd.”

The Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame trailer will be at the party in the park and mutton busting will entertain fans during half time. Catch our full interview below:
