Victoria Park will be full of love for Regina this Saturday

Regina residents are invited to gather in Victoria Park this Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for I Love Regina Day, a community celebration hosted by Mayor Sandra Masters, the City Council, and the City of Regina. This annual event, which has been fostering a stronger sense of community since 2002.

“I Love Regina Day is a fantastic opportunity for us to come together as a community and celebrate everything that makes our city special,” said Mayor Sandra Masters. “I look forward to seeing our residents come out and enjoy this fun-filled day in the heart of our city.”

The festivities begin with the I Love Regina Run and Walk at 8:30 a.m., encouraging participants to run, walk, or wheel their way through 3K, 5K, or 10K accessible routes. The race concludes in Victoria Park, where the main event will be in full swing.

Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy a range of free, family-friendly activities, including bouncy castles, face painting, and hands-on experiences with City services like Regina Fire & Protective Services and Regina Transit. The event also features live entertainment including a performance by Terrance Littletent world famous hoop dancer. The festivities will also include interactive exhibits from over 50 community organizations, and a free barbeque.
