The Regina Police Service is asking the public for help in identifying the owners of two dogs responsible for a recent attack on aa woman in the city.
The incident took place on Monday, at approximately 9:20 a.m. near the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Cameron Street.
The victim was out walking her own dogs when she was chased and attacked by two other dogs. Her cries for help caught the attention of nearby city workers, who quickly called 9-1-1. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived on the scene and treated the victim for her injuries.
Investigators have determined that a man and a woman appeared at the scene, took control of the attacking dogs, and then left without returning to assist the injured victim.
Despite a search of the area by police, the dogs were not located. The Regina Police have released camera footage of the suspects, which can be viewed on their official website.
