(Video) Waking up to an alarm

I envy those who have that ability to naturally wake up at the same time every morning without the use of an alarm clock. I need an alarm clock. In fact, I set two alarms just in case I miss the first one because the radio business is not one you can technically be late for!

A new study says you shouldn’t set more than one alarm to wake up to. The Cleveland Clinic did the research on this and according to them, more than one alarm will disrupt your body’s natural rhythm. More than one will leave you feeling more groggy, disoriented, and stressed out during the day.
