Saskatchewan’s fall legislative session will begin on November 25, Premier Scott Moe announced today.
Moe emphasized that the new government will work on priorities important to Saskatchewan residents, including healthcare, education, and economic growth.
This time around, the opposition gallery will be considerably bigger, with the NDP winning 27 of 61 seats.
The two-week sitting will open with the election of the Speaker, followed by the Throne Speech, setting out government goals. Moe said the session will also include new bills aligned with the government’s campaign promises, aiming for a “strong economy and bright future” for Saskatchewan.
